Thus, try to avoid smoking and to be around smokers constantly. Or even better, ditch this very bad habit for good. Diet

The old saying “You are what you eat” has never been more true. Researchers have discovered that eating too much sugar is extremely bad for our health. Not Removing Your Makeup

Not removing your makeup is the most harmful thing you can do to your skin. By sleeping with makeup on, you are basically ‘inviting’ wrinkles. The makeup and the daily pollutants that accumulate on your face, get in touch with your pores, break down the elasticity of your skin and the collagen. This way, you are speeding up the aging process and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. So, it is recommended to clean and moisturize your skin every day and night before going to bed.
